Find Your Way Back to Calm
Practical support to regulate stress, reconnect with yourself and create greater calm in everyday life.
Choose the Support That Fits You
Three ways to support your wellbeing — choose what fits where you are right now…
Personal Wellbeing Coaching
Individual support for creating greater calm, clarity and connection in everyday life.
These one-to-one sessions provide a supportive space to explore what is currently contributing to stress, overwhelm or disconnection. Together, we draw upon practical approaches including heart coherence, breathwork, meditation, EFT tapping and reflective conversation.
Sessions are shaped around you, not around a fixed program and will support you personally.
Begin with a complimentary 30-minute wellbeing session. This is an opportunity to experience the approach, discuss what you need and decide whether further sessions would be valuable.
Ongoing sessions can then be booked individually or arranged as a short series.
Group Wellbeing Sessions
Shared practices for slowing down, reconnecting and restoring balance.
Group sessions offer a welcoming space to step away from the demands of daily life and practise simple tools for reducing stress. Sessions may include guided breathwork, meditation, heart coherence, EFT tapping and reflective discussion.
They are suitable for community groups, professional groups, friendship circles or anyone who would value practising alongside others.
Workplace & Organisational Wellbeing
Practical wellbeing support for healthier, more connected workplace cultures.
Workplace wellbeing cannot be sustained through information alone. People also need practical ways to regulate stress, understand their emotional responses and reconnect with themselves and one another.
Sessions can be designed for schools, businesses, community organisations, healthcare teams and other workplaces. Depending on the needs of the organisation, support may include:
Each engagement begins with a conversation to understand the people, pressures and culture of the organisation. From there, we can develop an approach that is practical, respectful and relevant to the workplace.
Not Sure Where to Begin?
You don’t need to know exactly what kind of support you need before reaching out. Share a little about what is happening for you, your group or your workplace, and we can explore the most appropriate starting point together.
